Madison Tree Service Pros ("we", "us") runs madisontreeservicepros.com. This page describes what information we receive through the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill out a request form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the kind of work you need and your message. When you call, our phone system records your number, the time and length of the call, and, where it is turned on, a recording and transcript. Like most websites, the site also receives routine technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the page you visited and how you arrived.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your request, set up an estimate and get the work done. We also use it to filter out spam and fraud and to see which parts of the site lead people to contact us.

Sharing

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run this site, answer calls and complete your request (for example, form, phone and scheduling providers, and the technicians who perform the work). We do not sell your personal information.

Your options

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information at any time. Call (608) 820-8710 or write to us through the contact form on this site.

Calls, texts and email

Asking for an estimate means we may follow up by call, text or email about it. Standard message and data rates can apply. Text STOP to opt out of text messages.

Retention and security

Information is retained only while it serves the uses described here. We protect it with reasonable security measures, but no method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may revise this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Minors

We do not aim this site at children under 13 and do not knowingly gather information from them.
